Many of our orthoses are created through the use of Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM). Through the use of a white light scanner, body shape is captured along with anatomical landmarks to create well-fitting custom orthoses. Shape capture is clean, non-invasive and efficient. We then digitally modify accurate shapes to be carved on our in-house milling machine, enabling us to fit completed orthoses in an expedited fashion.
