Since 1988, Cascade Orthotics has helped Calgary families regain mobility with hospital-trusted orthotic care. Our roots are in complex spinal work alongside leading orthopedic and neurosurgical teams; today, that same standard of precision guides every patient we see—from a child navigating scoliosis to a senior seeking non-surgical relief from knee or hip pain.

We’ve modernized orthotic care end-to-end. Instead of messy plaster, we use 3D scanning, CAD/CAM design, in-house robotic fabrication, and 3D printing to create braces that are more precise, more comfortable, and faster to fit—devices people actually wear, and outcomes clinicians trust.

Care is delivered by Certified Orthotists CO(c) in an AADL-approved clinic. We coordinate funding, keep communication tight with referring providers, and stand behind our fit with timely follow-up—because comfort, function, and compliance are what matter in real life.

Our focus spans pediatric scoliosis, adult & senior mobility (including knee/hip bracing for osteoarthritis and instability), post-trauma and spinal rehabilitation (e.g., TLSO, cervical), and comprehensive solutions such as custom foot orthotics and AFOs/KAFOs—grounded in a whole-body biomechanics approach.

From our Calgary, Alberta clinic, we serve Calgary and Southern Alberta, as well as Southeastern BC, with access and scheduling that respect mobility needs.
